Nak beli buku ni? Ohh. harap maaf, versi pertama buku ni tidak dijual. Namanya pun baru panduan ringkas. Ia diberi percuma kepada semua.. Tetapi versi berikutnya mungkin akan dijual dengan sedikit harga. Ye la penat oo menulis ni. Yang mahal ilmu dalam tu.

Wow.. I’ve just listed my website in 50pageswebsite.com made by my fellow Malaysians friend, Alang. I’m really impressed with his ideas and work.

This website will list 500 websites with their title, description and URL in 50 different pages. That means there will be 10 websites listed per page. Build search-engine-optimized website easily

Traffic from search engine is the most wanted one. It is targeted, continous and it’s FREE! But to build a search engine optimized website is quite a hardwork. If you can build it maybe you will find it is difficult to update it further later time.

Even though I’m considered myself (hmm..) advanced user for Macromedia Dreamweaver. With dreamweaver you can use template feature but it is not easy to update the individual pages and to edit the page name to be same as title of the page (one of the requirement for SE friendly website)

Bestselling books on internet biz/marketing

Few days ago, I bought another book from list of bestselling books on internet biz/marketing category. You can check the list at amazon. The title of the book is The E-Code.

But I ordered the book locally at MPH. They claimed to send the book within 2-4 weeks but I received the book in just 2 days! Very fast service. The courier cost is just about RM5 and is waived if you order more than RM80 in value. (promoting MPH again)
The ideas and tips presented in that book is very very interesting and some of them I’ve never tought of. Most of the techniques in that book reveals the proven techniques the super internet marketers use to successfully promote their online business and programs.

Some of the techniques are on how to use opt-in list, how to get people subscribe to your list, how to get massive and continous traffic to your site, how to multiple your sales revenue etc etc.

I give 4 out of 5 stars to this book and highly recommend it to those who are serious in making big bucks online.

Would like to buy another book soon after finish reading and implementing the techniques in this book.

How to check your ranking in Google search engine?

Do you know what is your current ranking in Google for your website for a given keyword? I love this tool rank detective. It is simple and fast but limited to get your rank only in Google. Not in other search engine.
But for me, if you are ranked high in Google, there is high possibility your website will be ranked high in other search engines especially MSN.

Recently I checked my latest project for malaysia classifieds or iklan percuma for the keyword “Iklan Percuma Malaysia” and it’s ranked #1 in Google and MSN. You can see the result here – for google and MSN.

Now I’m concentrating on getting higher ranking for other hot keywords. Anyway, I got many traffics come directly to individual ads too. Most of the visitors are coming from search engine and that is what I want and that is how it should be.
I’m targeting unique visitors to reach 1000 per month in another few months.

My Malaysia Property website – hartanah.net is now getting more than 6000 unique visitors per month sometimes can reach up to 8000 visitors. You can view the stats below. (but not updated to the current month).

So what you need to do to rank high? OK simple. but it’s not an overnight job. There are lots of steps to follow but below are the most important steps among them.

  • Get a domain name that have your keyword in it
  • Name your file with keyword on it
  • Name you page title that have keyword on it
  • Let your page header be in heading 1

    and heading 2

  • Get as many links to your website. But prioritize to quality websites that have high PR (more than 3) and if possible that are related to your website.
  • For content, you can repeat the keywords few times. But make sure you don’t over do it. You can also use formatting like italics, bold and underline for your keywords.

So start implement it on your site now. Because I’m sure you will see this tips everywhere on the net but your website still not ranked well in the search engine. Why? Because you do not take any ACTION. That was what I did before 🙂 Good luck!

Provide FREE information

Recently I’ve downloaded e-book from Harvey Segal titled The Ultimate Super Tips. He provides few Free e-books on internet-marketing-related topic. Previously I’ve read his free e-book on affiliate marketing.

A very nice and well written e-book telling you on how to do the right marketing on the internet and how to provide free information to presell your products or affiliate programs. He is not using the SEO techniques but stress more providing free information (e-books and articles) to the mass and go viral when people get the free information and telling others about it (some through affiliate).

Reading is easy. To implement what is being read is the hard part. Argh.

Registered with aweber autoresponder

After done research on autoresponders, finally I’ve decided to use aweber as my autoresponder service. I’ve paid for 3 months subscription for the service and if everything goes well, will continue to pay for one whole year.

Before this I’ve tested sendfree.com for free list. The service is quite OK but there are some limitations in the free service such as limitation on number of leads and no e-mail broadcasting service where you can send e-mail to all your leads (subscribers) immediately. This is important when you have a time-sensitive announcement or offer to be made.

Will update more on autoresponder tips soon. Will be busy creating list and adding messages to the list for this first few days.

In order to leverage more on traffic building to my websites, I’ve just registered with goClick. Here are some comments and comparison with Google Adwords that I use as the first PPC SE.

goClick registration is much simpler. You can just register for free first and add your campaign. Then only you need to add fund in order to the campaign to be published. The minimum deposit is for just $10. The minimum price you can bid is just for $0.01.

The other good thing with goClick is you can view other people with higher rank bid. So you can know what price to bid in order to get your desired rank.
